How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by calling our office at 402-325-1322 or you can email us through our website.

Is there anything I need to do prior to my pet’s appointment?

If you are a new client or have had veterinary care performed elsewhere, please bring your pet’s records with you or call our office ahead of time and we can have them faxed to us.

What should I expect during an appointment?

When you arrive at Pet Care Center, you will check in at the reception desk. A nurse will then greet you and take you to the exam room. The doctor will then be in shorty to examine your pet and discuss his/her health. If any procedures or testing need done, a treatment plan will be created for your pet’s specific needs.

When do you perform surgeries?

Routine and elective surgeries are performed in the mornings Monday through Friday. Emergency surgeries are done on an as needed basis.

Do you see emergencies?

We see emergencies during regular office hours. Please call us before arriving so we can prepare ahead of time. If you have an afterhours emergency, please call Veterinary Emergency Services of Lincoln at 402-489-6800.

Do you accept payments?

We do not accept payments. Full payment is due at the time of service. Pet Care Center accepts cash, check, credit cards, and Care Credit.

What is Care Credit?

CareCredit helps you pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses that are not covered by medical insurance by extending special financing options that you may not always be able to get when using your Visa or MasterCard. Once you are approved, you can use it to help manage health, wellness, and personal care costs for you and your pet.

Where are you located?

We are located at 3220 N 14th Street, Lincoln, NE 68521 on the East side of the road. We are located just north of the 14th and Adams intersection.
